How do Market Days work?

Booth Spaces

Planograms are sent out one to two weeks before the market. Please review so you are familiar with your booth location, and before you arrive on Market Day!

 

Set-Up

Set up typically the day before each show, 2-7 PM. There are several areas to park and unload around the Expo Building, but vendors may have to haul equipment up to 300ft. Vendors must be finished setting up 30 minutes prior to the event start time. 

 

Tear-Down

Tear-Down is strictly prohibited before the end of the market without prior approval. Non-compliance may result in 

Staff Assistance

Staff can be identified by their black Spooner Markets t-shirts and lanyard name tags. They are there to assist you before, during, and after the market.

Parking
Vendors are required to park in vendor parking only and not park in customer/attendee/general parking.
